Summit Concrete Specialty Services
ROGER MEYER is the interim CEO of Summit Concrete. He assists in the company’s overall business development strategy with a special emphasis on Architectural Tilt-Up construction. Roger got his start in the industry as a general contractor in the mid-1970s. Within a few years, Roger and his brother Dave co-founded Meyer Brothers Building Company, and in 1988, Roger had his first experience with Tilt-Up construction. He soon recognized concrete as a superior building product, and the company brought site-cast Tilt-Up concrete construction to the Kansas City area. His pioneering work with Tilt-Up construction continues today. Roger lives in rural Blue Springs with his wife. They attend The Summit Church in Lee’s Summit, a place of worship built with Roger’s own concrete expertise.
MARK MEYER has nearly four decades of construction industry experience, with 35 years spent as a commercial general contractor, where he’s served as a field superintendent, project manager and estimator. He’s a current member of the Concrete Promotional Group, and as the CEO of Summit Concrete Specialties, Mark keeps the entire Summit team educated and trained on the latest tools and techniques in the industry. Mark lives in Blue Springs with his wife, where he serves as an active member of his faith community at Timothy Lutheran Church.
